Q:  How many people can the Gold Room accommodate?

A: Seated  |  100-230 guests

     Standing  |  350 guests

Q:  How do I buy tickets for the Gold Room?

A:  You can purchase tickets two different ways:

1. ONLINE. For your convenience, you may purchase tickets 24 hours a day online. Just click through on our website (or through our email blast if that’s how you receive our news) to where it says, “Buy Tickets” for the event you would like to attend. If we are NOT the ticket outlet for a certain event, it will clearly state on our event page where to purchase tickets.

When purchasing through our website, goldroomlive.com, you can select to ‘Print Tickets at Home’ if you have access to a printer or smart phone, or select the ‘Cannot Print’ option to be added to our Will Call list in the event you cannot print your tickets out or show them on your phone. Upon transaction completion, you will receive your tickets by email, which you can print out. You may also show your tickets through your phone to be scanned at the door.

**We encourage guests to bring their physical ticket or a digital ticket on their phone to be scanned at the door to reduce wait times.

There are additional ticketing fees that apply for this convenience and those fees vary with each event.

**Please know that the ticketing fees you pay when purchasing tickets is not a fee assessed by the Gold Room.  These fees go to the company that provides the secure on-line ticketing purchase, Vendini. Also, if you compare our fees to many other venues, the fees are MUCH more reasonable than most ticketing agents.

2. IN PERSON. Stop by the Box Office on the day of the event you are wanting to attend or any day that we have an event!

The Box Office is located at the Gold Room: 18 South Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903.
The Box Office is located immediately to your right as you enter the Gold Room. When we have an event, we are usually at the Box Office by 6:00 PM. Ticketing fees also apply when you purchase at our Box Office.

The day of the show, tickets are available online and once doors open, at the Gold Room Box Office.

**Ticket prices generally increase when purchased at the door, so we do encourage guests to purchase tickets in advance.
